Before work starts on your file, you may cancel for a full refund minus payment-processing costs. Once your specialist has begun (assessment read, documents opened, review started), the started package stage is due; unstarted stages are refunded proportionally.
Third-party costs already engaged on your instruction (translations, apostilles, courier) are non-refundable. An authority’s refusal of your application is not grounds for a refund — our service is preparation, not the decision. Requests: order@abc-office.ch, answered within five business days.
