We collect only the data needed to deliver our services: your contact details, the information you provide in the assessment and order forms, and the documents you send us for review. Payment data is processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers.
Your documents are used exclusively to prepare and review your application file. They are shared only with the members of our team working on your case and, where you request it, with our partner services for translation or legalisation. We do not sell personal data, ever.
Documents and case data are retained for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet Swiss legal obligations, then deleted. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time at order@abc-office.ch. Data is processed in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
