Frequent questions

Does MySwissVisa issue visas?
No. We are a private, independent preparation and review service. Visas are issued exclusively by the competent Swiss authorities; no one can guarantee approval — beware of anyone who claims otherwise.
Are government fees included?
Never. Our prices cover our professional services only. Visa fees, VFS/TLS charges, insurance and courier costs are always separate.
How fast is your review?
Our internal turnaround is typically 1–3 business days per review round. Authority processing times are outside anyone’s control.
