Your obligations. You provide truthful, complete information and authentic documents. Falsified documents end the engagement immediately, without refund, and may be reported where the law requires.
Our commitment. Diligent professional preparation and review within the announced internal timelines. We never promise, imply or influence any authority decision or processing time.
Payment. Services are payable in advance in CHF, VAT included. Government, consular, insurance, courier and translation fees are never included. Refunds follow the refund policy.
Law and forum. Swiss law applies; forum is the seat of ABC Office, mandatory provisions reserved.
