Check my visa

Frequently asked questions

Does MySwissVisa issue visas or guarantee approval?
No, and no one legally can. We are an independent private service; visas are decided exclusively by the competent Swiss authorities. We prepare, review and organise — the decision is never ours.
Where do I submit my application?
At the Swiss embassy, consulate or external visa centre (VFS/TLS) competent for your country of residence — for D visas, in coordination with the cantonal migration authority. Your checklist names the right channel for your case.
How long does processing take?
Our internal work: typically 1–3 business days per review round. Authority processing: from days to several months depending on category and country — no serious provider can shorten or guarantee it.
Are visa fees included in your prices?
Never. Our prices cover our services only, VAT included. Government fees, VFS/TLS charges, insurance, courier and translation costs are separate and paid to the respective providers.
Can you translate my documents?
Yes — certified translations are handled through our partner service and quoted separately by language pair and volume. Mention it in your order and we coordinate everything.
Can you help after a refusal?
Yes. The refusal review analyses the stated reasons and builds a concrete reapplication strategy. A refusal is not the end — an unchanged refiled application usually is.
Can you book my embassy appointment?
Booking systems are personal in most countries; we prepare everything and guide you through booking, but the slot is reserved under your identity.
Is my information secure?
Documents are exchanged over encrypted channels, used only for your file, and never sold or shared beyond what the service requires.
