Switzerland business visa

Meetings, negotiations, trade fairs, audits: the business C visa rewards files where the professional logic is obvious — who invites, who pays, why now. We make that logic impossible to miss.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the authority take to decide?
Schengen C applications are typically decided within about 15 calendar days, extendable when the file needs deeper examination. File early — up to six months before travel — and never book non-refundable services on an assumption.
What official fees apply?
Visa fees are set by the authorities and paid to them or the external centre (VFS/TLS) directly — they are never included in our service prices, and no provider can waive them.
Company invitation or employer letter — which one counts?
Both, ideally: the Swiss company’s invitation states purpose and dates; your employer’s letter confirms your position, salary and that the trip is on business. Together they answer the examiner’s two questions: why you, why there.
